At Story mfg., we hope you cherish your handcrafted pieces, but we understand if a fit isn't quite right. We offer returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original organic cotton packaging, ensuring all hand-tagged labels and documentation are included.

• 3.
  Shipping Your Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return for quality, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
